The 2025 Regions Riding Forward Scholarship Contest consists of four (4) separate Quarterly Contests – one for each calendar quarter of 2025. Regions is awarding four $8,000 scholarships through each Quarterly Contest.

Nu Psi Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., 2014 Scholarship for Young Men, Deadline 3/24/14
February 21, 2014Scholarship Criteria:
- Must be a male senior at a Georgia high school
- Must provide a letter of intent (not to exceed two pages in length) including the following: personal introduction, professional aspirations, and a detailed description of how this scholarship will impact your future endeavors
- Include an electronic 5×7 photograph
- Provide two (2) teacher recommendation letters (must be emailed directly by the teachers to chrisperry1914@gmail.com)
- Must be enrolled in a traditional four-year college/university by the fall of 2014
- Attach application, letter of intent, photographs, and recommendation letters separately to one (1) email.

February 21, 2014This year, the Susan Wing Schlolarship, in the amount of $1,000.00, will be awarded to a graduating senior who attended McClure Middle School at least one (1) year. To be eligible to receive this scholarship you must attend an accredited college, university or trade school in the 2014 fall semester.

Atlanta Panhellenic Association High School Honors Scholarship for Female Seniors
February 21, 2014The Atlanta Alumnae Panhellenic Association High School Honors Scholarship is presented annually to high school women who are planning to attend an accredited four-year university that has 1 or more National Panhellenic Conference recognized sororities in the Fall immediately following presentation of the award. Applicant must demonstrate scholastic excellence; possess proven leadership abilities; display community service involvement; and have excellent communication skills.
Female high school seniors residing and attending a high school in the metro-Atlanta counties of Cherokee, Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Forsyth, North Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Paulding or Rockdale. Applicant must plan to attend an accredited four-year university that has 1 or more National Panhellenic Conference recognized sororities in the Fall immediately following presentation of the award.
Applicant will be evaluated in 5 categories – scholastic achievement, leadership skills, community involvement, essay and personal recommendations.

Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Scholarship (Georgia)
January 5, 2014The members of the Alpharetta/Smyrna Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. will present scholarship awards of up to $1,000 to deserving African-American male graduating seniors who reside in North Fulton, Cobb or Cherokee counties, have a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA and a minimum SAT Math and English combined score of 950 or an ACT score of 20.

Federal Employee Education & Assistance Fund
November 25, 2012Since 1986, FEEA has given over 11,000 merit-based scholarships to federal public servants, their spouses, children, and grandchildren. An additional nearly 200 scholarships to surviving children whose federal employee parents died or were severely injured in the line of duty during terrorist attacks, such as those on the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, the Pentagon on 9-11, and the US Embassies and Consulates in Kenya, Tanzania, and Libya.
Collectively, our scholarship program to date totals over $14 million. FEEA champions the pursuit of higher education and each year supports over 200 students with merit-based scholarships.
The application for FEEA’s 2025 Scholarship Program is now available through March 13, 2025.

Lagrant Foundation Scholarships
November 19, 2012The Lagrant Foundation Scholarships
In celebration of our 27th Anniversary, TLF will award a total of $150,000 in scholarships to 50 ethnically diverse college & university students across the nation.
30 ethnic minority undergraduate students received scholarships in the amount of $2,500 each.
20 ethnic minority graduate students received scholarships in the amount of $3,750.
2025 Scholarship Recipient Trip dates: Sunday, May 4, 2025 – Wednesday, May 7
2025 Scholarship Program Criteria
Undergraduate
Undergraduate scholarship recipients will receive a trip where they will participate in career building activities, including a welcome dinner with a keynote speaker, three daylong career development & professional workshops and a scholarship & donor recognition reception.
Undergraduate (current freshmen, sophomores, juniors and non-graduating seniors ONLY!) applicants meeting the following criteria and completing the online application will be considered for The LAGRANT Foundation (TLF) scholarship in the amount of $2,500.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or DACA recipient
- Must be a member of one of the following ethnic groups: African American/Black, Asian American/Pacific Islander, Hispanic/Latino or Native American/American Indian
- Must be a full-time student at a four-year, accredited institution in the U.S., carrying a total of 12 units or more per semester/quarter
- *Must have a minimum of 3.0 GPA (if you do not meet this requirement, please see the application checklist below)
- MUST major in a field of study that has an emphasis in advertising, marketing, public relations
- MUST have AT LEAST ONE YEAR to complete his/her degree from the time the scholarships are awarded in May 2025
- Recipients MUST be available to participate in the scholarship activities from Sunday, May 4, 2025 – Wednesday, May 7. If chosen, the applicant MUST attend TLF’s scholarship activities as noted at top of page to receive the scholarship. The applicant must make a one-year commitment to maintain contact with TLF to receive professional guidance and academic support

- MUST major in a field of study that has an emphasis in advertising, marketing, public relations
- MUST have a MINIMUM OF TWO ACADEMIC SEMESTERS or ONE-YEAR left to complete his/her Master’s degree from the time the scholarship is awarded in May 2025. Summer semesters DO NOT count
Recipients MUST be available to participate in the scholarship activities from Sunday, May 4, 2025 – Wednesday, May 7. If chosen, the applicant MUST attend TLF scholarship activities as noted at top of page to receive the scholarship. The applicant must make a one-year commitment to maintain contact with TLF to receive professional guidance and academic support

The Healthcare Marketing & Communications (marcom) scholarship will be awarded to 10-20 students who will receive a trip to Minneapolis where they will participate in career building & professional development activities and networking with various companies in the healthcare field. TLF’s Healthcare Marcom scholarship is specifically for ethnic minorities interested in communications & marketing in the healthcare industry. This includes healthcare brands/companies and healthcare practices at communications/PR agencies.
Examples of companies and organizations in healthcare include: Pharma (Bayer, Merck), Technology (Medtronic), Payers, Providers (UnitedHealthcare), Hospital Systems, Biotechnology (Amgen), Nutrition, Agencies (Real Chemistry, The Weber Shandwick Collective, FleishmanHillard), etc.
Undergraduate (current freshmen, sophomores, juniors and non-graduating seniors ONLY!) and Graduate/Ph.D. applicants meeting the following criteria and completing the online application will be considered for The LAGRANT Foundation (TLF) Healthcare marcom scholarships ranging from $2,500 to $3,750.
2025 Healthcare Marcom Program Dates: Sunday, May 18, 2025 through Wednesday, May 21, 2025
You MUST be able to attend all days of the scholarship program to be considered.
